3. Support answers fast. The most common theme in our reviews. Customers name their reps, report same-day fixes, and say their calls reach a person — not a phone tree. When one sensor failed on day one, we had a plan in place within 24 hours.
4. Setup is simple. Our wireless units install fast, with no wiring hassle. The app supports multiple users, alerts arrive with timestamps, and the backup battery lasts through a full summer break.
