Will Hargett
Chief Executive Officer

Most recently, Will was the President of Bruker Detection Corporation, a U.S. business unit of Bruker Corporation that specializes in delivering high end detection solutions for the DoD and Department of Homeland Security. Will's leadership brings an unusually high level of positive awareness and clarity of purpose to each customer, employee, and business partner. His career spans GE and Safran Morpho where he was the General Manager of Global Marketing and Channel Management. Will holds a BA in business and an MBA, both from Cornell University.

Dr. Cindy Bistany
Chief Technology Officer

Bringing together the worlds of analytical chemistry and public health, Cindy seeks to transform the world one high-performance low-cost sensor at a time. Her career has included the gamut of lab and field detection experience focusing on mass spec and ion mobility spectrometry. Concurrently she recently completed a major project focusing on telemedicine and heart disease. Cindy earned a dual BA in chemistry and political science, and an MS in chemistry from University of New Hampshire and a DHSc in health science and administration from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Steve Milt
Chief Growth Officer

Steve specializes in building and growing businesses that have rapidly advancing technology and complex operations. In particular, he enjoys building partnerships and bridging communication across wide-ranging industries and disciplines. Steve was the co-founder of Vigitas, a behavioral health risk management business  focused on substance use disorder and early intervention. Previously he co-founded DSA Detection, a successfully acquired startup, and held leadership roles at IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Steve holds a BA and MSE in Economics and Computer Science from Johns Hopkins and an MBA from Cornell University.

Robert Mawrey
Chief Innovation Officer

Robert Mawrey, PhD. leads the effort to provide rapid deployment of Internet of Things (IoT) products and innovative services. Most recently Robert was an IoT principal at MathWorks, Inc. where he contributed to the development and marketing of the ThingSpeak.com platform. Prior to MathWorks, Robert was the CEO of the successful IoT startup, ioBridge, and previously served as the the CIO and SVP of American Tower Corporation for nine years.
